Our relationship with you doesn’t end when we hand you the keys. Your new home comes with a limited new home warranty provided by Centricity which covers:

  • Workmanship and materials for 1 year
  • Electrical, plumbing, and ductwork systems for 2 years
  • Foundation and all major structural elements for 10 years

In addition, our three-year Residential Energy Guarantee ensures that your home will be energy-efficient, and will reimburse your gas and electricity costs if they exceed the home’s predicted energy usage by more than 15%. See warranty and energy guarantor for details.

If you have any questions or would like to submit a warranty claim, you will need to email warranty@cambridgehomes.com and include your community name, address, the best way to reach you, and a detailed description of the issue.
