Earlier this year, Cambridge Homes proposed building a new single-family community located between Jupiter Road and Spring Creek Parkway just North of Parker Road. During the Planning & Zoning hearing, concerns were raised about our development plan. To better understand community concerns, we withdrew our initial development plan so we could solicit input from neighboring communities. We solicited feedback through an online survey and heard some great ideas. We have now submitted a modified development plan that will be heard by the Plano Planning & Zoning Commission on January 19, 2021.
