  3. To formally reserve this home, the prospect with the winning offer must deliver a physical check to the Community Sales Manager either in person or via overnight mail delivery with tracking number, within 24 hours of being notified from Sales. If no check is received within this time frame Cambridge Homes reserves the right to release the home to the next prospect.
  4. Once Reservation is complete, the prospect will have up to 4 days to formalize the Agreement of Sale and provide the required deposit. Cambridge Homes is not obligated and will not be disclosing any bids. Final price for home will be reflected with home closes escrow and is public record.

Prospect with Preferred Offer Only:

  1. To move forward, deliver a deposit check in the amount of $10,000 (ten thousand) to the Community Sales Manager either in person or via overnight mail delivery with a tracking number, within 24 hours of being notified from Sales. If no check is received within this time frame, Cambridge Homes reserves the right to release the home to the next qualified prospect.

  2. The selected prospect will need to provide the pre-qualification letter within 48 hours if not attached to the below form.

  3. The selected prospect will have up to 4 days to execute the Agreement of Sale. Cambridge Homes is not obligated and will not be disclosing any bids.

  • The Seller, of the property located at 561 Bramante Plano, Texas 75075, Cambridge Homes, hereby discloses to all prospective Buyers and their Agents that there is a “multiple-offer situation” on the property. The Seller requests that you submit your “highest and best” offer.
